We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount, return shipping fee will be paid by you. Cosmetics are hygienic products, especially in the current COVID-19 situation, sanitary is of utmost importance. Please only return an item or product purchased from us that are unused, unswatched or not tested.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition on the same date of delivery. We will only address issues like this in a case-by-case basis if the email was made the same date of the delivery and hopefully we can move forward towards a satisfactory solution. with an exchange or store credit/discounts.

• If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order minus the shipping costs for the return. You can return your product for store credit!
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
• Discounted, special offers, promotional items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging and NOT USED AT ALL. In the event that upon evaluation of the returned item and we think it has been used or not in its original form and packaging, we will only refund or give credit for 50% of the total price of the item/s returned. Keep in mind that return shipping fee will be paid by you.
• Return or exchange items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Make-up must not be used, tested or swatched. Eyelashes must not be removed from the plastic tray where it is attached. Understand that this are HYGIENIC items.
• Refund or store credit will be returned 3 to 5 business days upon receiving the product.
• Exchanges will be shipped out 2-3 business days upon receiving the product.
