How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
How often do you restock?
We aim to restock every week, but dates will vary depending on product availability and demand.
How can I find out about restock?
We inform all our restock information through all of our social media platforms. Also, we will send email about this information when you set-up for an account on our website.
I am an international customer (orders made outside USA), do I have to pay for customs and taxes?
All packages are shipped via USPS. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and /or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they covered or reimbursed by Gemineye Cosmetics. We are not responsible by any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited United States. Check your country’s customs office to determine what additional fees will there be prior to placing your order.
Are there countries which USPS does not deliver internationally?
There are some countries that USPS does not accept of deliver international mail or packages due to impact of COVID-19. Please check with your country of this temporary service before placing your order. As of date, the following countries below is suspended with international shipping through USPS: Honduras, Turkey (cosmetics ban), Iraq, Libya, Madagascar, Panama, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Brunei, Cambodia, Chad, Lebanon, Liberia, Mauritius, Republic of Congo, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Mongolia, Solomon Islands, Timor-leste, Turks & Caicos, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Cuba, Myanmar, South Sudan, Yemen, Jordan, Niger, Syria, Laos, Papua New Guinea, Tajikistan, Bhutan, Eritrea, French Polynesia, Kiribati, Lesotho and Norfolk Island.
When will my package arrive?
We process orders within 3 business days and shipping may take another 3 business days within United States. Current COVID-19 situation also impacts the whole shipment processing. We also ensure we comply with recommended COVID-19 social distancing and PPE guidelines Holidays, new launch products, limited edition releases and promotions may also influence processing times. Business days does not include weekends or holidays, such as New Year, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s day and Memorial Day.
